Hi, thanks for message. The point of speedy deletion is that it does not need to be discussed, and I couldn't see in your edits any serious discussion of why it should be kept anyway. It wasn't deleted just because it had contained a costing.

• it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It was sourced only to it's own webpages (in block capitals, itself pretty spammy), and even that didn't support the text (at least in the English version)
• it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. All you tell us about are the courses and events you are offering, its just a sales pitch. We aren't told how many staff or students there are, or anything else that isn't about attracting students.
• Not a reason for deletion, but I'm unclear why you wrote a series of bullet points rather than sentences
