Having listened to Gender Talk here in Australia for years (online with a dial-up connection no less!), I wanted to be the first to welcome you. So: Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Cheers! ntennis 02:10, 21 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for this welcome! I look forward to helping improve some of the trans-related entries, some of which are quite good, but some of which seem quite needy. Nancy N 02:16, 21 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading Image:Glogoclr100.gif. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. 82.83.101.76 07:59, 12 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of GenderTalk Radio

edit

The article GenderTalk Radio has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable radio program. I can't find any significant coverage of it in reliable sources, and nothing in the article adds up to a claim of notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Robofish (talk) 01:27, 28 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
