Mirrors

edit

Thanks for contributing to the article Ghana Immigration Service. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Please be more careful when evaluating the sources you are using. You have again added material that sources back to Wikipedia. If you need specific samples or help, please let me know. Otherwise, please slow down and readWP:RS.Kuru (talk) 12:38, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
"HI THANKS FOR THE MESSAGE. i WENT BACK TO CHECK WHAT I POSTED THERE. i PICKED FROM THE GHANA IMMIGRATION WEBSITE. UNLESS IS A FAKE SITE. GIVEN THAT I TRIED TO REMOVE THE CITATION BUT I WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE " Okay, I've listed the two problem sites below with the reason for removal:
  • here and here you added material from 'newworldencyclopedia', which was derived from Wikipedia as noted at the bottom of that page.
  • here you linked to a book on Amazon that has the disclaimer "Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. "
Hope that helps. Kuru (talk) 22:20, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
