Sythia

Curious to say it is a ridiculous claim. Areas of Ukraine, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan add to about 840,000 sqmi, so it would appear to be in the right order. Could check with google maps/earth if you have an area tool. Try asking them? Cinderella157 (talk) 06:59, 11 February 2015 (UTC)

Thanks will take a look at it--Navops47 (talk) 01:18, 12 February 2015 (UTC)

Using statistics to decimal places

[1] Erm. Why? It doesn't help the reader. --Dweller (talk) 17:00, 19 February 2015 (UTC)

It certainly helps readers who are tennis followers and are interested in a players stats and career performance changing it to an incorrect figure that is not listed at official sources Association of Tennis Professionals is misleading it also affects a number tennis record and statistic articles because he would move up in those tables . If you have an issue about its inclusion please post your objection on the talk page or at Wiki talk Project Tennis who monitor these articles.--Navops47 (talk) 17:11, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
I've removed the ridiculous "accuracy". It's now down to you to discuss it. Thanks. The Rambling Man (talk) 18:28, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Note your comments I suggested that the first editor post his objection to my rationale for reverting on the the relevant talk page or project page which he did not do at this stage I have highlighted the issue on the tennis project talk page please feel free to expand your thoughts further thank you.--Navops47 (talk) 04:16, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Vague club, Leeds, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Queens University. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

If you're interested in this topic, please improve the mentioned article

I saw your contributions, and I think you're interested in Scythians, Sarmatians, and Alans-related articles/topics. This article needs some improvements:

Thanks. Regards. --Zyma (talk) 21:48, 3 March 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for asking but to be honest I was interested very much but I can't be bothered with editor's like Johnbod patrolling the articles like the verifiability police OWNING those articles and who persistently pushes his own POV , flouts wikipedia rules, no respect for consensus 'not one iota' and generally doesn't "give a (expletive)" for other editors inputs, its childish, unnecessary and I have better things to do with my time --Navops47 (talk) 06:05, 5 March 2015 (UTC)

Mattximus

Mattximus is vandalizing the city proper page. I'm not familiar with wiki enough to stop him. Can you request the page protected, but before that simply revert the page back to before either you or him changed it? This needs more debate than between the three of us, and no one should have been making any changes. --Criticalthinker (talk) 15:14, 16 March 2015 (UTC)

Reply given on Talk:List_of_cities_proper_by_population#Ankara_and_how_Wikipedia_editors_make_up_things_as_they_go_along please add any further comments if there is no clear consensus the matter has to go to WP:RFC.--Navops47 (talk) 03:48, 17 March 2015 (UTC)
Anyone who is a WP:Autoconfirmed user will still be able to edit even if the page is semi-protected which I am it would take an administrator with those access privileges to fully block the page I know a few however procedure is to reach consensus on the TP first with all disputing editor refraining from reverting edits .--Navops47 (talk) 04:09, 17 March 2015 (UTC)
How in the world has Chongquing been added back in? I've been following this page for a few years, now, and there was almost unanimous concensus that Chongquing was not to be on the list. I think you need to revert this page back to how it was before we began this discussion. --Criticalthinker (talk) 06:24, 17 March 2015 (UTC)
User:Mattximus is back to vandalizing the list, again. I thought this was resolved? Do you have time to look into this and make him stop? --Criticalthinker (talk) 22:52, 26 April 2015 (UTC)
Please see Talk:List of cities proper by population Beijing & Others. Mattximus (talk) 22:56, 26 April 2015 (UTC)

Did you see the medal template discussion?

There is talk about doing a little streamlining of the Olympic medal template. It does affect many tennis players, though it seems like only a small degree to me. I'm not sure how much you edit Olympic stuff on our tennis players. Since it will change (minorly) how articles like Steffi Graf will appear, I made some comments in the conversation... but perhaps you feel stronger about the Olympics and what works best and can offer you own thoughts. Happy editing. Fyunck(click) (talk) 00:26, 21 April 2015 (UTC)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:27, 2 November 2015 (UTC)

Fortunately for you, I can't be bothered to engage in an edit war so I'm letting this pass. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia must not rely on poetic licence. People must not be allowed to add what the hell they like to an article based on nothing more than rumour, gossip and gross amounts of POV. Have a read of WP:RS and reflect upon your hasty revert here. CassiantoTalk 17:18, 6 November 2015 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
