Slaveevi Noshti

Well, you've made your opinion at the AfD clear, so that's all you really need to do towards that end. In the meantime, if you think that you can fill out the article some by expanding it - and more importantly, finding some good third party references and citations - that would go a long ways towards keeping the article. The article wasn't nominated for deletion because an editor didn't like it, just that he felt that it wasn't clearly notable. If you can provide a news article, for example, covering the festival, it would help.

I was reviewing some of the external links you provided and noticed that the title of this one is the same name of the festival. But, since I can't read Bulgarian(?), I don't know what it says or even what the source is. Is this from a newspaper? If so, is it an actual article, or just a schedule? If it's an article, that would be helpful... and, if it is, if you could translate the article title, newspaper title, author name, and date, I'll put together the reference for you. Doing citations properly can be a little bit of a headache, but once you figure out the basic format, it's not hard. The general policy is at WP:CITE, if you want to look over it. The policy is pretty long, and you don't need to read the whole thing to get the general idea. Just know that most articles require a few third party citations in order to establish their encyclopedic notability.

To do a citation, you'll want to use one of the templates at Wikipedia:Citation templates. In this case, we'll need to use either {{cite web}} or {{cite news}}. Take a look at either to get a general idea of how it's done. It may be easiest if I do the first one for you, so you can see it "in action", so to speak, and kind of follow along.

To do that, I'll use the first reference listed (the same one I mentioned above), but I need to clarify a few things... is it just a website on its own, or is the website of a newspaper? Is the title of it "Internet Media Big" or something else? And is there an author's name attached to this article?
