Moved to draft

Hi - I moved your article to User:Neonviper7/Minimum wage in Pennsylvania. I think that this is a viable topic, however it's written in an essay style in that it looks to be more of a reflective response to the topic and sources that also contains original research, which would be claims and opinions created by yourself that aren't explicitly stated in the source material.
