Thanking for restoring my TPA, I beg pardon for all of my mistakes and I am giving assurance that I wouldn't repeat any mistake that violated Wikipedia rules and policy. I had a COMPETENCY issue, and did some mistakes at WP:ANI (diff)(where I failed to answer Admin's question properly, and it was wrongdoing by me), and did the mistake of disruptive edit here for which I was blocked. I really understand now, why I was blocked. And I have gone through all Wiki articles and realized that those were my grievous mistakes. Finally, I realize that my block was legit done by Admins as it should be. The block helped me to learn more about the rules. I, with my good faith, apologize for all the mistakes and I vow not to repeat any mistake and I will be abiding by Wiki rules and policy. I also realize that my understanding of rules was low, which I assure you that I will improve and avoid in future. Unless I am asked by any user or Administrator, I will never step into WP:ANI or repeat any rule violation as I did before. I also abide by Wiki rules while addressing/replying any Content dispute issue. I also assure you that I will stay calm and think deeply while I reply, edit, or create anything. Also, I declare that I am not a sock, neither I have any COIN (in my edits). If any COIN will be there, I will address it accordingly. And please, avoid losing your temper/ being rude/ making personal attacks/not assuming good faith when under stress. Walk away until you are calm. Could you be more specific, you say you "understand now, why I was blocked", could you state what behavior that was so that we can see whether your understanding is the same as the community's understanding of why you were blocked? What did you do that caused your block and how will you avoid doing it in the future? Being vague will not help your block be lifted. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 03:07, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

• Mulling I'm still working my way through this.
  • The first thought is that if I unblock you and you are reblocked, it will be almost impossible to convince anyone to unblock you. The safest course of action would be to encourage you to edit on a different language Wikipedia, such as ASWIKI. (A suggestion you rejected.) If you can show the ability to constructively edit there for more or less six months and 1,000 edits, it would increase the likelihood of a successful unblock request. (You say you read and write English quite well. And yet we have the specter of competence hanging over your edits.)
  • Part of your competency issues stemmed from the off-Wiki orchestrated harassment campaign. You need to report that harassment to the Trust and Safety department at the WikiMedia Foundation. That email should be cawikimedia.org. The Foundation has resources unavailable to members of the ENWIKI Community.
  • Can you distinguish between legitimate concerns with your editing and off-Wiki orchestrated harassment? Your shrillness and bludgeoning at AfD was disruptive. Certainly that shrillness raises concerns about WP:COI , as does your aggressive tone and personal attacks mentioned at this COIN discussion that was mooted when you were blocked. You will need to address those concerns.
  • The conflict of interest concerns were never effectively addressed. Please read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID. Your persistence in wanting- insisting on- editing this language encyclopedia strains my assumption of good faith.
  • Rather than merely brief, you must be succinct and concise. Each word must be to the point. Each point must be addressed. You can modify your current request as needed. Please feel free to respond to this thread below. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 16:15, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
• Ongoing concerns: I'm concerned noting NeverTry4Me's edits post block, which while not incorrect, extrapolate to a high likelihood of problems re-occurring and discussion badgering. If NeverTry4Me were to agree to try to make no more that one contribution to any XfD discussion; once every three days if really necessary and not more that one per 24 hrs in any circumstance that might help. Also any new draft articles to be submitted via AfC and not moved into mainspace. I would also suggest they agree to generally avoid AfD nominations; or at most say two a month. That way NeverTry4Me might (just might) stay out of trouble to avoid a longer block, thoug I really fear that is likely. NeverTry4Me would actually do themselve's good by withdrawing the current unblock request and doing a disciplined 6 week wait before re-applying for an unblock. Thankyou.
