Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution
editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from 20 euro note into 50 euro note. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was moved, attribution is not required. — Diannaa (talk) 13:06, 17 July 2016 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Adding, altering or removing references, wikilinks or content is almost never a minor edit. Thanks for all your hard work, and happy editing! Ibadibam (talk) 18:25, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
Please avoid changing "Trump" to "Drumpf"
editHi NewHikaru07. In one of your recent edits, you changed the word "Trump" to "Drumpf". I assume that this was unintentional and caused by having the Drumpfinator extension enabled. To avoid this kind of mistake in the future, please disable the extension before editing articles that mention Trump. Thank you. —Granger (talk · contribs) 11:06, 30 August 2016 (UTC)
- Hello NewHikaru07! It appears that you inadvertently wrote the below response - that I copy here at the end - to Granger on the Talk page of Basilicofresco! On Wikipedia, if someone writes you a message on your Talk page, normally you would respond by hitting the [edit] button that is right next to the Subject of what they wrote to you on your Talk page - in this case, the Subject "Please avoid changing "Trump" to "Drumpf"." By the way, it is advisable to always make sure that you wrote what you intended to write by hitting the "Show Preview" button before you hit the "Save Page" button at the bottom of the page. I am a fairly inexperienced editor on Wikipedia myself - if any of this explanation is redundant to your knowledge base, please disregard! MusaVeneziana(talk) 13:10, 31 August 2016 (UTC)
Your response to Granger:
"It's nothing more than a web extension made by comedian John Oliver that I found on the Google Chrome Web Store. This extension changes any articles containing his last name to "Trump" to "Drumpf". Just wanted to let you know. Thank you." -NewHikaru07, August 30, 2016, 13:00 (UTC)
- This happened again recently.[1] Please be more careful. —Granger (talk · contribs) 23:18, 27 March 2017 (UTC)
- And you did it again! [2] I urge you to disable the extension to prevent this from happening again. —Granger (talk · contribs) 22:04, 3 May 2017 (UTC)

editHola, Wikipedia editors cannot always clean-up after the Drumpfinator extension, as it happened here. Please disable the Drumpfinator, even if it is just for the Wikimedia projects. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Fifty pence (British coin), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. This addition of unsourced content by an apparently experienced editor was especially problematic as it was done under WP:MINOR which you have previously been warned about in August 2016 and because content was inserted immediately prior to a citation whilst your content was not seemingly present in the cited content(unless I've missed something). This sort of poor editing is very hard to pick up unless caught immediately and you should take extra care when modifying cited content with unsourced WP:OPINION. Thankyou Djm-leighpark (talk) 18:04, 1 February 2020 (UTC)

I undid your changes to the exchange rates at Russian ruble, along with your description of Putin as a dictator, since I'm not aware of any consensus to describe him that way in wikivoice.
