If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. Well! what you are doing at Hamid Mir article is that, you are writing your own opinion concerning to that video. So I must suggest you to take a look at writing Biographies of living persons, and adhere to the content policies of Wikipedia .i.e.
