University of Chicago Law School
editYour first ever edit was made to this article, University of Chicago Law School and you 24x7 watch over it to make sure that your preferred version exists there.
What is your actual relation with this post-secondary school?
Thanks Lorstaking (talk) 08:01, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
- Lorstaking, there is no relation; I am an admirer, and I endeavor gradually to pursue other interests and to make constructive edits to other articles. Your mass reverting of edits is uncalled for and rewinds the article back three years. Please make specific edits if you are unhappy with the content. This dispute is needless. Regards, Nichomachian
- You obviously appear to be understanding the policies since you are frequently leaving templates and removing sourced content from other articles like ElKevbo had also observed,[1] while adding bad quality content on University of Chicago Law School. Can you describe your reasons that why your edits were opposite to each other on those two separate articles? Lorstaking (talk) 08:15, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
- The University of Chicago Law School article contains no references to "prestige" or "eminence". Other articles – like the ones identified here – do contain such references. Think of it as taking steps towards allaying your WP:OSE concerns expressed in this thread. (See also edits to Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law pages.) What do you think of my WikiProject team idea? Nicomachian (talk) 09:56, 30 August 2018 (UTC)
- Generally speaking we need to remove this kind of unencyclopedic, promotional language from the lead of articles. Harvard and Yale and NYU Law school pages have the same problem. LongtimeLurkerNewEditor08 (talk) 21:30, 28 January 2021 (UTC)

Adam Mortara moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Adam Mortara, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 16:34, 13 January 2021 (UTC)
- discospinster, I have included additional references from independent sources and consider that the article is now compliant. Please proceed with reviewing and publishing if you see fit. Nicomachian

DYK for Judith Weinshall Liberman
editOn 27 January 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Judith Weinshall Liberman, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the soft crafting materials used in Judith Weinshall Liberman's artworks were described as providing "an important contrast to the Holocaust tragedy"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Judith Weinshall Liberman. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Judith Weinshall Liberman), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (ie, 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
Adam Mortara
editI am sorry if this comes across as brusque, but I must ask you two questions:
First, do you have a personal relationship with Adam Mortara? Second, are you Mortara himself?
I ask because he is pretty patently not notable (regarding his involvement with the affirmative action litigation, see WP:NOTINHERITED), yet you created a page for him; and because the large majority of your edits to Wikipedia appear to relate to the law school where he teaches, and individuals associated with it. The article Cheryl Pollak (judge) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Delete per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Margaret J. Schneider/WP:USCJN
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Snickers2686 (talk) 04:07, 24 May 2023 (UTC)
