Speedy deletion nomination of Mental architects
editA tag has been placed on Mental architects requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Hello Simona, your article is remarkably well written for a first article! Moreover, you're an honest person, as can be seen from your rationale for keeping the article. So, we would really like to have you as an editor here. Unfortunately, it does look like the band is not notable enough to have its article here, and I don't see anything I can do to prevent the article from being deleted. (I could prevent the speedy deletion if I stretched the rules, but that wouldn't help you in the long run.) I've never worked with articles about rock bands, but I recommend that you turn to WikiProject Rock music; maybe they have some advice. I would think there should be a wiki for rock bands out there on the internet; I just found http://www.bandwiki.net and tried copying your article there, but even though I logged in and provided my e-mail address, I didn't get permission to do so. Good luck! — Sebastian 04:14, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Frequencies (album 2 )
editA tag has been placed on Frequencies (album 2 ) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

Please talk with people
editI'm very sorry, but I had to delete WikiProject Rock/Peer review/Mental Architects, because it was just a recreation of the article Mental Architects, which had been deleted per the above message.
Simona, you're a person, not a robot, and so are we. When I recommended to turn to WikiProject Rock music, I meant to talk with the people there. That was when the article was still up, and I understand that it's hard to ask people about it when it's deleted. But if you'd like to ask them about the article, then I could temporarily restore it to User:Nikochim/Mental Architects. Let me know if you want me to do that. — Sebastian 16:50, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
