Recreation of article moved to draftspace.

Why did you recreate this article rather than work on it in draftspace? Draftspace is specifically so it can be worked on without being proposed for deletion where the article is potentially notable but not currently in a state that should be in the main space. The WP:AFC process allows more experienced editors to check that the article is ready for main space and to give pointers of what is still required if it is not. It MAY take a long time, it probably will not. And what is the hurry? Will it no longer be notable if it is not in main space now? Better yo get a good article than one that other people are having to fix all the time.
