My apologies
editI reverted your edit to Belt and Road Forum thinking that your addition of the letter 'A' (making the initialism "BRF" become the acronym "BARF") was vandalism. I quickly realized that your edit was indeed correct and clearly not so. Please accept my apologies for that - I've restored your edit to the article. Anglosphere
editI can't figure out what you've done at Anglosphere, but the data is wrong. Also, please don't tag changes to data as minor. Minor edits are fixing typographical or layout errors, not changing data or inserting/removing content. Thanks. DrKay (talk) 22:20, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
San Francisco lead section
editPlease take a look at WP:LEAD which says that the lead section is for summarizing article text. You have been using the lead section to introduce new facts. Binksternet (talk) 06:33, 16 August 2018 (UTC)

IPUMS data
editHi there Noah,
Do you have access to the IPUMS database? I saw on the Demographics of San Francisco page that you had cited and created a racial demographics table from 1860 to 2020 (very much appreciated!) using IPUMS work,
Would it be possible to get this kind of data for me on Hispanic origin/race in relation to Non-Hispanic Whites percentage in 1940 for all US counties? I am looking to make a map detailing Non-Hispanic White demography over a nearly a century but alas I am not a US citizen nor do I work for any institution that has access to such data on the IPUMS website. No worries if cannot but it would be very much appreciated, thanks! Tweedle (talk) 18:04, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
- Hi. Yes, I can get you the data if you are still looking for it. Just tell me exactly what statistics you want and how I can send them to you. Noahnmf (talk) 01:01, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Noah, Perfect! That would be brilliant. I am not sure what is possible on IPUMS but are you able to get a CSV file (any file format if not that, then I will have a play around) on the Non-Hispanic White percentage for each US county from 1940 to 2020? I am taking an assumption here that the 1940s counties etc. will be based on the counties of the time and not those of say 2020 but if it is additionally possible can it be formatted into today's county boundaries, if not or is a tedious process to do then no worries on that front.
- You can send me such stuff on my email if you would like to. If you click on my user name there should be on the left 'Email this user' (link to this). If that is not preferable, you could use to upload the data to a site like Dropbox or Mega.NZ and then post a respective link to the file here from there.
- I am going away for a little bit, so if I do not respond on here that will be why and I apologise but again feel free to email me and I'll do my best to respond on there. Kind regards! Tweedle (talk) 10:39, 23 April 2023 (UTC)
Chart Citation Verification
editHello,
I'm trying to verify the citation given for your charts like [1]. The chart refers to "Ruggles et al 2022", American Community Survey, and American Yearbook. Is it possible to include links, page numbers, or more specific information? There is no data about El Paso in any of the three papers by Ruggles in 2022 here: [2]
