@Retimuko: Hey... Apologies if I goofed with the attempted Ethereum edit. I thought the sources I linked to were sufficiently prominent, but I'm a noob and clearly still figuring out how everything works. NothingButAPeanut! (talk) 05:26, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

Perhaps I should have mentioned that the above alert is not directly related to that edit. The edit just showed your interest in cryptocurrency related articles, so I notified you of the special situation regarding this topic. There was a problem with proliferation of promotional content and spam, so the community decided to tighten up the rules, in particular regarding poor quality sources like Coindesk and other crypto-fan sites and blogs.
