FYI, I also removed the external links in Meredith Willson. There was already a Wikilink to Mason City, Iowa at the top of the article, and the band festival isn't relevant to Willson's life. Regards, Chuckiesdad/Talk/Contribs 03:22, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
- Willson is certainly relevant to the band festival, and if you are writing an article about the festival, it would be appropriate to mention him. On the other hand, if you feel the festival is relevant to the article about Willson's life, I would recommend incorporating that information into the body of the article and using the festival website as a reference rather than a bald external link.
