All of the sources are routine announcements of the music's release. Peter Gabriel's and Antony Micallef's own words are not independent so they do not contribute to notability. I recommend you find in-depth reviews about this music. I think this music can be notable as it is made by an notable musician, but it needs more sources to prove notability.
