Please stop disrupting the talk page of the Hayani article. The other article you mentioned, Mohamed Choukri, is rated as a start class article, which is lower than B-class. Mr. Hayani's article has significantly less information than Mr. Choukri's, and clearly is not of a higher quality. If you would like to work on the article, that's fine. But please do not keep fiddling with the assessment banners. If you have questions about how to go about improving the article so that it would meet Wikipedia's B-class criteria, I'll be happy to help you in any way that I can.
