Speedy deletion of O'Connor's Landing
editA tag has been placed on O'Connor's Landing requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Nsevs • Talk 13:21, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
O'Connor's Landing
editThe article was not deleted as promotion (Wikipedia:CSD#G11) but as non-notable (Wikipedia:CSD#A7). If you can make the article's subject notable so much the better. I've restored the article to your user space at User:OconRecon/O'Connor's Landing for you to work on. Good luck. -- Alexf42 15:48, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
Second Try on O'Connor's Landing article
editI've now read you should put your best foot forward prior to initially publishing, instead of the plan I used which was to go with basics and then fine tune.
I've edited the O'Connor's Landing article. I could do more if needed, but am out of time today. Please let me know of any suggestions and I'll be happy to make any requested changes or enhancements.
Thank you,
John

Photo removed
editThis was a personal photo, but I've removed it from the article as it didn't come out like I would have hoped. I'm sure it was lack of knowledge on how to edit.
Feel free to remove both of the photos above from the gallery. I would, but couldn't figure out how.
Thank you. I really enjoy wiki.
John
