Week 10 [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

Week 11 Nobuko was born in 1900. Her husband, Kameki Tsuchiura, and Nobuko was working with Frank Lloyd Wright, who has designed 14 buildings for Japan, in Japan. They have worked in Japan before Nobuko and Kameki moved out to the United States to study more about architecture at Taliesin in Wisconsin from 1923 to 1926. After finishing their education at the University and learned a lot from Wright in the United States, their sketches and construction drawings had displayed at an exhibition called Tatemono-en, the opening-air architectural museum, in Koganei Park in Tokyo. Most of their exhibits were showed Wright-style as they had learned. They are improving their style to new international style that came from Europe.
