Social psychologist, Zick Rubin, is one of the first Nature of Love theorist pioneer to develop a system in which he measure what it mean to like or love others into an empirical scale. Rubin's scale was a set of questionnaires in which he asked his participants, undergraduate students, to fill out information according to how they feel about their intimate partners and good friends.
