That is not the issue. I know you are the owner of the Flickr account "omartle" (confirmed here). The reason for this block is that you were using this Flickr account for "Flickr washing". You uploaded images on Flickr that weren't your own, and then uploaded them here citing your Flickr accounts as allged proof that they were yours. Among the photographs hosted there, at least this is from [1], this is from [2], and this (which you uploaded on WP as this) is from [3], i.e. Getty Images. Fut.Perf. ☼ 00:16, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

Files from Flickr

I got a Flickr mail from Flickr user "omatle" confirming that the person behind that Flickr account is the same person as the one using this account on Wikipedia. So we do not need permission for files from that Flickr account (unless ofcourse they are originally from some other webpage). --MGA73 (talk) 20:46, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

We have to assume they are all stolen from other sites. As I said above (and, interestingly, Omarlegend just tried to delete again), that Flickr account was systematically used for Flickr washing, so it can't serve as a source for anything. Fut.Perf. ☼ 21:11, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
