editHi, OnPatrol. My edit summary may have been misleading; it would have been better if I had said "user not fully warned recently". The only warning that the IP had received today was the very polite one from Tawkerbot. The instructions at WP:AIV say not to list pages on there if the vandal has not received the full range of test warnings recently. The IP hadn't received a serious warning ({{test3}}, {{test4}} or {{bv}}) since April 26, which is too long ago. The offending individual might not even be the one who received the warnings before.
I'm sorry if my removal of the IP from the list frustrated you, but it's important to read and follow the instructions on WP:AIV before listing vandals there. But don't let me discourage you from staying "OnPatrol"! —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 18:54, 10 May 2006 (UTC)

editno i Didn't, I see only 1 edit since may 26, and as stated on the big green banner that you should read, aiv only blocks for several vandalisms in a short period of time. -- Drini 19:27, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
