Donate Banner broke template

Should we fix this template temporarily for the Donate Now banner, or wait for it to go away? -PatPeter 23:55, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

Background colour

I see this template has finally been adapted to the new Vector skin—indeed, it seems that it actually works for both Vector and Monobook now, which is great. However, even though the Vector skin features a white background for all pages (rather than just articles), the template uses Monobook's light-blue background for both skins.
