Terrorism in Canada
Good day.
When somebody like Richard Henry Bains, an anglophone, decides he wants to kill the newly elected Quebec premier, and yells in front of the media that "the anglos are waking up", it isn't just opposition to Quebec nationalism, but Canadian nationalism. 198.200.115.45 (talk) 03:08, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for being willing to contribute to Wikipedia. However, Neutrality is sacred here and we must keep personal opinions out of the articles. Thanks! Operator873CONNECT 03:13, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
Can you explain to me how it is a personal opinion? Not trying to be rude or anything but if you qualyfing my changes as personal opinion, you should also explain how the label "opposition to Quebec nationalism" isn't one. 198.200.115.45 (talk) 03:16, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
- I'll refer you again to Wikipedia's Neutrality guidelines. If you disagree with the change, I suggest you consider requesting peer review on the Terrorism in Canada talk page. This is the best resource available to suggest changes that you may feel are appropriate, but unable to properly source or cite. Operator873CONNECT 03:22, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
I already read the guideline a long time ago and I honestly feel my change is justified. As per your request I left a message in talk section of the article. 198.200.115.45 (talk) 03:27, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
Rollback granted
Hi Operator873. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Alex ShihTalk 15:49, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
Clarification
My edit on Abdul-Qadir Gilani was not in reponse to your edit. I believe there was a change by someone which listed this book, geographic Baz Ashhab the birthplace of Sheikh Abdul Kader al-Kilani, Dr. Jamal Faleh Al-Din Al-Kilani, likeness-Beirut library 0.2012, p. 14, as a source.
This change completely ignores Britannica and The Encyclopaedia of Islam which state Nif in Gilan. I have updated this information and removed the supposed source for some village in Gilan which is not supported by any other sources. --Kansas Bear (talk) 23:06, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
- I appreciate the hard work you've put in! Keep on keeping on! Operator873CONNECT 23:14, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
Pleased Customer
Reverting factual edits? Fucking prick - fuck off and get a life. Shall now be scripting repeated amendments with auto IP changing each time... no sweat. Work around that one LMAO! (unsigned comment by 86.134.230.117 (talk) at 17:33, September 27, 2017 regarding this edit.)
- @86.134.230.117: I'm so thrilled to see your response to my endeavors against non-constructive and bad edits in general. The edit in question was because if a head of state (or Prince, in this case) implements a policy or program, it is given their name, despite not typically being directly involved in its creation (example: Obamacare). Your edit was not constructive in anyway and seemed to be personally motivated. I moved your comments to the bottom of my talk page to live out their days where they belong. Have a great day!
