This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have recently shown interest in living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect: any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or any page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 19:42, 21 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am being harassed and stalked by Jezebel's Ponyo, who keeps blocking this account due to what amounts to a reasonable political disagreement. She has also engaged in unethical behavior to protect one of her past employers (Jezebel). I was unaware of the rules at that time and Jezebel's Ponyo abused her mod powers to ban me even though the edits were reasonable. I created this account after the ban on the old account was removed, if I recall correctly. That's a legitimate reason for creating a new account, i.e. "a clean start." In addition, I have strong privacy reasons: posting under the old account, which is traceable to my real-world identity, jeopardizes my security (due to enormous peer pressure and thought policing among my immediate peers) and makes it impossible for me to edit Wikipedia in that capacity. I want a non-partisan moderator to review the dispute. Opisthocoelicaudia66 (talk) 22:27, 16 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You can't make a "clean start" when you are blocked. I don't see where any block of any of your multiple accounts was lifted. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 07:50, 17 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
