- Hi, I just saw you expanded Polonosuchus, nice job with that, but remember to add citations to the end of paragraphs, and instead of having many short paragraphs, it is better to collect sentences into larger paragraphs. FunkMonk (talk) 07:15, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
On tylosaurus
editWhere did you get your information for the claim that since tylosaurus seems to have preferred shallow, nearshore waters and deep ones in other, that if was an Adaptebale predator? Do you have a source or sources?--Bubblesorg (talk) 22:49, 4 July 2019 (UTC) My sources were the taphonomy of the hadrosaur (citation 21 on the article) which suggests that the corpse wouldn`t have been washed very far from land, so the Tylosaurus would have been in shallow water scavenging it, and its varied diet (sources 19 and 20) of mainly deepwater creatures such as other mosasaurs or large fish. Hence it was an adaptable and varied predator. It might well have started life near to the shore scavenging or going after small prey, and then spent most of its adult life in deeper water when it was larger, but I can find no sources that give direct evidence for this so I can`t put it in the article.
