My apologies! I was under the impression that we were linking through association.

Hello, I'm General Ization. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Justin Bieber have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. General Ization Talk 20:09, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Vic Mensa. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. General Ization Talk 20:09, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to J. Cole. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. General Ization Talk 20:10, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Big Sean. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Hello! Osothecrew, I noticed your article was declined at Articles for Creation, and that can be disappointing. Hi! I'm trying to get my new submission reviewed! I am a noteable individual but my new submission may need some tweaking! I don't see an option to send it for submission though. Thanks!

User:Osothecrew - You write: "I am a noteable individual". If you are trying to get your autobiography published, read the autobiography policy. If that isn't what you mean, what do you mean? I don't understand what you are trying to say. This isn't making sense. If you need general advice, ask at the Teahouse. If you are having difficulty explaining in English what you need, either ask for help at the Teahouse or edit the Wikipedia in your first language. User:Osothecrew - I really don't understand. Are you saying that you are notable, or that someone else is notable, or are you having difficulty with English? Robert McClenon (talk) 00:21, 7 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
User:Osothecrew - If you are trying to create a page for someone else, why do you say "I am a noteable (sic) individual"? Please ask for assistance at the Teahouse. You appear to be in need of advice. Robert McClenon (talk) 02:10, 7 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

The artist I have been trying to add is now recognized by google. Is that "notable"? https://g.co/kgs/M2AFju

Thanks!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 23:17, 5 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

MfD nomination of User:Osothecrew

edit

User:Osothecrew, a page which you created or substantially contributed to (or which is in your userspace), has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Osothecrew and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Osothecrew during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Robert McClenon (talk) 20:10, 6 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Guy (Help!) 10:22, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
