editThis claim needs better sources than a YouTube video. Is there one? I have removed it meantime. --John (talk) 06:19, 20 September 2011 (UTC)
"Virtual examples"
editGreetings!
It appears we have a disagreement on whether or not "virtual examples" should be in the "Surviving V-2 examples and components" section of V-2 rocket. I won't revert- I don't believe in wp:editwar- but, I do wish to point out that a "virtual" example does not belong in the same list as a real example. A physical example is historically significant- for better or worse, it was actually a part of history. A model, mock-up, or "virtual" example is not. Is there educational value to a virtual example? There could be. But it's existence as ones-and-zeros on a server somewhere isn't really a significant enough fact to have it included on Wikipedia. Something to consider. Happy editing!

editPlease do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did with the Second Life Museum of Virtual Warfare. Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. I know it's not promotion exactly, but it has a similar effect. Please obtain consensus before adding any of these links; and WP is not the place to try and convince people of the virtues of the program. DGG ( talk ) 05:01, 24 January 2017 (UTC)
