Can I give permission to use it, since they are both my writings? or Do I need to rewrite it?

  • If you are the original author of the material, you can release it under the GFDL. If you wish to do this, please make a note at the original source of the material that it is licensed this way. Releasing it under the GFDL means that it can be used Free of Charge by anyone, and edited and rewritten by anyone. You must agree to all terms of the GFDL when you license work under it.
