The article is tagged as an orphan because no other articles link to it. If there were an article on the South American Paintball Circuit and it linked to this article, then this article would no longer be an orphan.

It's not my call at this point. It will be reviewed by a clerk to see if there's justification to move forward. It's possible that they will go forward with the investigation and find out exactly what you're asserting, that the other account is not related. It's also possible that they will find evidence that you're using both accounts—in which case the other account will be permanently blocked and this account may be temporarily blocked.
