The AfC process
editThere is a backlog of several thousand, but the process is not a queue; Reviewers look at the chronoligical list, but select what they want to review next. Options are Accept, Decline (with reasons given), Reject if the reviewer sees no potential for the draft to succeed, and Speedy delete if a copyright violation or other major flaw. If Declined, creators can address the shortfalls and resubmit. Likely not the same Reviewer for the next review. Good luck with your draft. David notMD (talk) 18:28, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
Your draft will be declined
editAll factual content for a living person needs to be verified by reliable source references. Of much greater importance, referencing what she has published adds nothing to establishing notability. What is needed are references to published content ABOUT her, written by people with no personal or professional connection to her. SeeWikipedia:Biographies of living persons for guidelines.
