I noticed that you tagged the page Image:Index r5 c2.jpg for speedy deletion with the reason "Actually the copyright holder has not indicated that they allow anyone to use it". However, "Actually the copyright holder has not indicated that they allow anyone to use it" is not currently one of our criteria for speedy deletion, so I have removed the speedy deletion tag.
