edit Hello, I'm Peaceray. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Gérard Depardieu, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Note that the article states has not been convicted in connection with any of the accusations against him

Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Roman Polanski. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Although sex with an intoxicated minor was a prominent incident Polanski's life, this is not what is most notable about him. Therefore your inclusion of this in the short description is WP:UNDUE & not in accord with WP:SDCONTENT. Furthermore, it pushes it beyond 40 characters. As the WP:BRD essay suggests, if you believe that your are right & that this needs inclusion, you may try to get consensus at the talk page. Peaceray (talk) 22:55, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- The firts thing when you search his name that comes up is that he is a pedophile and most people think of him as that one pedophile film director. How is it not notable enough? Patryckstar (talk) 17:37, 26 February 2024 (UTC)
Id appreciate if your going to cast aspersions on my editing [1] you should either provide the evidence to back it up or not make such an inaccurate comment. All potentially controversial information about living people is required by policy to have sources and the information provided was not. Please dont make baseless claims about editors editing.
