Randall Kay Williams
editWelcome!
Hello, PaulineG777, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. I have taken the liberty of cleaning up the draft Randall Kay Williams to fix some formatting and layout errors; hope you don't mind! I would suggest that when it is submitted to review / moved to mainspace, the title be changed to just his name. I cannot find another subject of the same name on Wiki so the disambiguation is not needed.
If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Simplified Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or you can type {{helpme}}
on your user page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Happy editing. Eagleash (talk) 13:53, 3 May 2017 (UTC)
If you
editput something, anything, on your user page then your user name will change into a blue link rather than being the red one that it is now. This suggests to others, or at least to me, that you are not the dead end that red links suggest and that perhaps you are even a serious editor who intends to stay around. Also, you should end any posting - such as your one at the Tea House, with four of these. ~ That will sign and date your posting. Consider it, Einar aka Carptrash (talk) 17:35, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
OK PaulineG777 (talk) 18:58, 9 May 2017 (UTC) OK, not sure how to get my name in blue. PaulineG777 (talk) 18:59, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Click on the tab at the top left "user page". That will take you to your page. Once there type a small amount about yourself and how you intend to contribute to Wikipedia and save it. Your username will then show blue where linked. Eagleash (talk) 19:20, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
- PS. just type the four tildes at the end of your message, not the beginning. Eagleash (talk) 19:20, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
Got it.PaulineG777 (talk) 20:30, 9 May 2017 (UTC) ThanksPaulineG777 (talk) 20:30, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
