The presidential assent of the Polish President
editThere has been a discussion already in this topic. You find it here. I think the Polish president has approved the law, but not signed the ratification instruments (I may have wrong!). The same procedure also exists in other member states, but we are not showing it in the table. Then we shouldn't do it for Poland neither. The "presidential assent" means when the president has given his/hers approval to the law, and not the ratification instruments. But, read the discussion through the link above.
