Gremolata.com
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Gremolata.com, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add db-author
to the top of Gremolata.com. Kannie | talk 03:06, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
Nice pickup
Out of the four of us reverting on Couplet, you were the only one to manage to actually get rid of all the vandalism. Good work. Trusilver (talk) 22:44, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- Haha, thanks. Reverts can get messy at times with multiple vandalism edits -- pb30<talk> 22:47, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
At the risk of sounding really nasty...
...your actions on my article are the primary reason I do not contribute new material. It's gotten to the point of becoming futile to add anything at all without someone coming in and slapping a notice of some sort on it.
I have no interest in the man, but I thought he was more than worthy of an article after reading his biography. He owns several of New Orleans' top restaruants, three of Houston's top restaurants as well as one of the top restaurants at Downtown Disney, probably one of the most famous restaurants there as well.
If that isn't notable, I don't know what is. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 19:49, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
- Please don't worry about it. I may have been a bit hot when I wrote the note and I'm equally sorry for writing it in the first place. It's just that there seems to be no consensus anymore. It used to be that an assertion of notability was all that was required. In fact, I remember tagging some single-sentence stubs for speedy deletion and having the move overturned. I honestly have lost track of what this site needs. Anyway, thanks for being nice even if I was less than so. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:23, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

RFA
Hello. I asked a question on your RFA. JetLover (talk) (Report a mistake) 03:51, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Your RfA's formatting
Good evening, and congrats on your nomination for Adminship. I wish you the best of luck in your request, and hope that you get the mop without trouble. I have a quick question for you, though. You may notice that the RfA template includes a Tally next to the Userlinks and General Comments, rather than at the top as normal. We've been discussing a different format, and would like to try it out on an RfA. Please see the discussion at Wikipedia talk:Requests for adminship#Proposal: Relocate tally for more information. This note is basically to let you know that the tally has been deliberately moved in the template, that it isn't in the wrong place, and - unless you'd prefer to have it at the top, as normal - we'd like to see if it works in its new placement. It's your RfA, so by all means - feel free to move it if you so wish. But, since there's been some confusion, I thought I'd mention it. Thanks, and again - good luck. UltraExactZZ Claims ~ Evidence 03:57, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
your rfa
I've turned down the speedy delete request for this article because although the article is short,
- It seems to clearly identify its subject
- It asserts notability (common use in Italian cooking)
- It may be a hoax, but whether it is or not isn't blatantly obvious to someone who doesn't know beans.
Suggest taking article to AfD. Best, --Shirahadasha (talk) 03:57, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
Vandalism revert
When reverting vandalism, always be careful to check that you're reverting to a good edit. This [1] edit reverted to a bad edit by ClueBot. I've cleaned it up, and it can happen to anyone, but wanted to call it to your attention. Thanks for your work and good luck with the RFA! :-) - Philippe | Talk 18:45, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
- Indeed - like I said, it can happen to anyone. But since I changed your work, I wanted to let you know. :-) - Philippe | Talk 21:08, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi thank you for editing Wikipedia! However, I am afraid you are wrong. If you took the time to look at what I am doing, you will understand what I was doing. The talk page in question is not longer in use. I am therefore redirecting it to a new page. In future, please check before making accusations on my talk page. I am going to delete the accusation! Many thanks, and good luck editing further articles. Wikipedia needs you! Btline (talk) 18:28, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

Deletion of talk page.
Hi, you deleted Talk:Ghulam Mohammed (disambiguation) as (CSD G8: Talkpage of deleted or non-existent article). I noticed that this page was actually moved not too long ago. Perhaps it needs to be undeleted and moved back to that article? (not an admin myself, so I cannot verify). --TheDJ (talk • contribs) 15:55, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi Pb30: A few days ago, you blocked User:65.41.113.251 (see User_talk:65.41.113.251) for vandalism. They're at it again, vandalizing the Bald Eagle article. Any chance you can extend the block another couple of days? MeegsC | Talk 17:42, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Huggle User Category
Hi there. I have seen that you use huggle by the fact that you have automatically updated the huggle white list(it does this when closing huggle). I was wondering if you would add the category to your user page so that it fills out and we know who actually uses huggle. If you do not want to you do not have to. I am also sorry if i have already talked to you about this or you no longer use huggle but i sent it to everyone that has edited the page since mid January. I hope we can start to fill out this category. If you would like to reply to this message then please reply on my talk page as i will probably not check here again. Thanks. ·Add§hore· Talk/Cont 18:27, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
Vandalism
- hey, thanks for reverting the vandalism on my talk page. I've been getting that a lot recently. Probably because I try to revert so much vandalism, and the vandals don't like it. Oh well. What can you do about it? I'll add your pages to my watchlist, its a goodwill thing I do for those who reverted vandalism from my page. So, if you are vandalised, I will do my best to help you :) Steve Crossin (talk) 17:22, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
Huggle Category Problem
Hi there. You are receiving this message from me as you have not added your huggle category correctly. At the moment on category here you can see that you are sorted under the letter U. To fix this please change the to . This will fix the problem. If you do not change this within a few days then i will do this for you but i would prefer to send you a message like this than just go and change your page. If you want to contact me then please use my talk page as i will not be checking back here. Thanks for your help. ·Add§hore· Talk/Cont 16:47, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Question because Bot didn't provide the answer
Hi. You deleted a page I created called "Ruby James". The bot told me to go to WP:WMD where it says "none of the information on a 'deleted' page has actually been lost. Continue reading for details." So I read the article and it's not mentioned where the information is now. Can you tell me? It was much work to go through the eight or so sources I gave and I hope it's not lost. I couldn't find an answer on the FAQ and by searching the Help Desk. Also, it was deleted so fast I did not have the chance to discuss and give the reasons for notability (though I thought the coverage I linked to was enough). Thank you. Hekerui (talk) 22:02, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
- Hi Pb30, your response left me confused as you did not address anything I asked you. I asked about where to actually find what was deleted ("none of the information on a 'deleted' page has actually been lost") because I had searched the provided links and wasn't able to find it. Additionally, you did not address what I said about not being able to expand upon the notability because, as I said, the article was deleted so fast. The claim I had not included citations or references also confuses me, I had eight in the article, for practically everything I wrote. Sorry to bother you but I tried to find the answer on my own and couldn't. Hekerui (talk) 00:12, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you, I read that and certainly I saw it under #1. I only wanted to know where the content of what I wrote in the article went after deletion. Not to recreate it (that seems impossible when you say my links are not worthy). That's all I need to know and can't find. I read Wikipedia:WWMPD, I have four links on my talk page to that now, I just don't see where what I wrote went. It is perhaps obvious but I checked the deletion log and it's nowhere to be found and Wikipedia:WWMPD mentions it as being there but I can't find it. Do you want me to ask the Help Desk? I just thought because you wrote "feel free to ask" I would ask you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hekerui (talk • contribs) 00:44, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

Hi. I was watching WP:AIAV myself. Are you sure this guy was vandalizing? It appears to be a legitimate quote from the film that has no ulterior purpose. The guy ignored warnings, admittedly, but I'm not sure that he intended any harm. - Richard Cavell (talk) 16:31, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
