Question regarding your edits
editHi. Are you affiliated with Olurotimi Badero, either personally or professionally? RunnyAmiga ※ talk 18:57, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
- Hi again. You've edited that article since I posted this question but you haven't responded to me. I'd still like input from you before I resort to undoing your edits again. Are you Badero? Are you in any way affiliated with him? RunnyAmiga ※ talk 19:54, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
--Pbablow (talk) 16:41, 14 September 2016 (UTC) Hello,
I am in no way related to him, I have never met him in person or have any professional affiliations to him. I explained the reason for my edit before posting yesterday.
- I just now noticed a note you left another user where you said, "I work for a magazine company in Nigeria and I was asked to do a story on him." So you were paid to do a story on him? Isn't that a "professional affiliation?"
- That said, please have a look at WP:NPOV. Edits like yours are not allowed because they serve to promote. RunnyAmiga ※ talk 16:50, 14 September 2016 (UTC)
- I wasn't paid to do a story on him. The magazine company I work with is owned by a church, RCCG, City of David (check out www.cityofdavidng.org)and we all work as volunteers and the proceeds we make from sales goes to charity.

- So it's not necessarily "professional" but there's still a pretty obvious conflict.
I assume this [1] is what you're talking about but I wasn't able to find the article/interview itself online.Did you have a look at WP:NPOV? RunnyAmiga ※ talk 17:07, 14 September 2016 (UTC)- Found it. [2] I don't believe this changes anything regarding the WP:NPOV issue. RunnyAmiga ※ talk 17:12, 14 September 2016 (UTC)
- Okay, no problem. If you don't believe me you can pull the page down, all I did was with good intentions. Thank you! --Pbablow (talk) 17:23, 14 September 2016 (UTC)

We have a reliable source claiming that Badero is the only doctor in the world with both heart and kidney specialties. That's more than enough to establish him as notable, so I think his article can stay up. My concern was with the text that came off as promotional and non-neutral. RunnyAmiga ※ talk 17:35, 14 September 2016 (UTC) --Pbablow (talk) 17:47, 14 September 2016 (UTC) You can remove Avantgarde from the list of references, I have no problem with that, I am not seeking to promote Avantgarde, all I seek to do is to provide a biography on Dr. Badero for other users.
