Welcome!

Hello, Pcheeku, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  —C.Fred (talk) 17:24, 11 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Waheed Zafar Qasmi

edit

Just a friendly note to tell you that other Pakistani or Pakistani-American Muslims may love and respect Qari Waheed Zafar Qasmi as much as you do. I have been editing Wikipedia for over 5 years now and this is the first time I am reverting back someone's edit that had first reverted my edit without discussing it first with me on my Talk page. I am also a big fan of Qari Waheed Zafar Qasmi and I believe I had done a good job editing his article. I suggest we discuss things on our Talk pages and NOT be so QUICK to revert each other's edited work, please. You could have added more material that you wanted or liked to the article without reverting my work? We both know about Wikipedia policy of resolving differences through discussion rather than engaging in edit wars with each other. Ngrewal1 (talk) 20:58, 21 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Geniac. I noticed that you recently removed content from Waheed Zafar Qasmi without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Waheed Zafar Qasmi, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 23:05, 5 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Waheed Zafar Qasmi, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 23:52, 5 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Waheed Zafar Qasmi. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
