Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Joanne Rushton has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: 'groups\.yahoo\.com' (link(s): http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TransHistory/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Eurotransgender/ http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/w-r-a-c/) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Hi Petra, I reverted the bot edit above to; the links have been restored to the page, so don't worry about it. I thought you said you were going to sleep :p Parsecboy (talk) 02:16, 17 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi Nate, Work (Delayed by the unexpected and time-wise costly activities needed to make "just a quick page" yesterday) delayed sleep and of course my other paying work. So I set about that and after finishing it in time neded for for a meeting this morning, then thought what the hell, lets do a quick translation of another page my friend (a German) made over his village. "Winkels (Mengerskirchen) Germany" having saved it, I was surprised to find this morning it had gone, then aa the Dutch interwiki bot keeps changing the DE precursor into NL and thus the village it the Dutch work for shopping centre. Changed it back, but the page still cannot be found hen I put Winkels into the search page. After that I was too tired to sleep straight away and so did another tweak of the pages as you saw. and kindly re-corrected, Thanks again for your patience with a "new-ey". regards Petra PeH88 (talk)

Hi Nate, please disregard my last regarding NL tags, have now worked it out and found the problem is in the Name (an issue that may cause me more trouble later if I am not careful) and not being able to search for just the term Winkels on the English site. I have moved by deleting and recreating the page the content to a name common to the one in Germany and than made the same hot links in the next town page as well. Thanks again. Petra, PeH88 (talk)

Yeah, the search engine Wikipedia uses isn't the best. I created a redirect at Winkels that automatically points to the article you created. If you want to create others (for any article) you just create a page, and place #REDIRECT [[insert target here]] in it, and save. That way, if anyone searches for the redirect term, they'll still get to the page for which they are looking. Parsecboy (talk) 12:51, 17 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Winkels (Mengerskirchen) Germany

edit

Hi,

I just tagged Winkels (Mengerskirchen) Germany as "Author requests deletion", is that ok?, Regards,
--Badgernet (talk) 10:50, 17 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes please, then I could not find a way to get the English Wikipedia to search for just the word Winkels, and/or combined Winkels-Mengerskirchen,which is how it works in the German version. I only just joined yesterday, and am still learning the ropes, even though I was not planning to. I have created another copy of the original with the name Winkels (Mengerskirchen) which is identical to the German version my friend (who is my partner) made. He is himself from Winkels and son of the Historian of the Village who wrote the original history in the 1970s. We have made a homepage with the history and a lot of historical information about the area, and soon I will also translate it into English. Thanks for your kind help in marking for deletion. Regards Petra PeH88 (talk)

I have added my rationale for tagging the article as having neutrality issues to the article's talk page, sorry for the delay. Guest9999 (talk) 03:14, 30 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Karl M. Baer

edit

Whatever you wrote in that article, it is pure fantasy. Baer was not an transsexual but he was a hermaphrodite - i.e. an intersexual - who had never any female genitals. His male genitals were hidden in his body, it took only a little operation zo set them free. You shpuld read the english version of Baer's authobiography. --Eva K. is evil 23:26, 23 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 04:44, 10 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Strieder

edit

The article Strieder has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Nothing of substance, and no references specifically about the subject

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Gavia immer (talk) 02:35, 5 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
