wiki/Royalties page , needs a lot of work

As a whole the Royalties entry is inadequate. Yet the complex , very variable, subject of- Royalties copyright and copyright collection entities is a important subject these days.

I am a processional artist and can improve the Subsection on Artists Resale Royalties.

However I don't have nearly enough knowledge to really tackle the wiki/Royalties page as a whole.

First and foremost- Whilst the entry describes things that are mostly real- Its quite hard to say what exactly is the subject of the page.
