As an initial objective I think just enough work needs to be done to underpin this as a credible article with a few sources. I cant see that anyone would object to this article being then resurrected as it was deleted with a prod not an afd and therefore had little scrutiny.--Penbat (talk) 09:54, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
I have always thought there are elements of psychopathy in this management style as there is a degree of gratification and power tripping involved. Cultural differences, particularly in developing countries, where this is more accepted as a form of management, is another thought and could be mentioned. There are also issues of engagement, productivity, turnover, absenteeism etc which would normally result. These could be included in the article. Totally agree although psychopathy overlaps quite a lot with narcissism. Narcissism actually gets a mention in the turnover & absenteeism articles. We now have a workplace section in the narcissism article - Narcissism#Workplace, might be an idea to have one for psychopathy as well. Eventually it may be feasible to have psychopathy in the workplace and narcissism in the workplace articles. Workplace_bullying#Personality_disorders and control freak are relevant. The biggest constraint, however, is finding suitable sources. The bottom line for now is just to do enough get this article resurrected.--Penbat (talk) 11:58, 14 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
