There is a gratituous slander on my bio page that I think should be prohibited. It states that I claimed to be hired for all the cases but was hired for only one. The source is a hostile, pro-corporate article in Forbes that was specifically aimed at discrediting me and the suits. The facts are simple. I was the first expert hired for the very first case by attorney Andy Walters of Houston, Texas. While he was the one who paid me directly, he was part of the consortium, and he used my resources to develop the basic template that was used for all the cases. However, after I completed that project, which was for ultimately for all the cases, I no longer worked on any cases. These are fine points. The only purpose of this "misunderstanding" is to make me look like a liar. It should be removed.
