Speedy deletion nomination of Picton picturefest

Nomination of Picton Picturefest for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Picton Picturefest is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
