The article Hegemony, Culture and Human Resources in Politics has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
Hegemony, Culture and Human Resources in Politics – news, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Abductive (reasoning) 17:43, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Deletion of talk page
editHi, I see you just blanked the talk page for Vojin Rakic, and since you are the article's creator I was wondering if that was your intent. All that is left is your signature, which is not exactly how an article talk page should look. Best wishes, Jusdafax 08:11, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
Sources on Vojin Rakić
editRe. Vojin Rakić and your question on Talk:Vojin Rakić
- The article lacks independent reliable sources. Please see WP:VRS.
- The facts must be verifiable.
- Appropriate independent reliable sources are e.g. newspapers, or books about the person, not by them.
- Please use inline citations to show that the subject is notable - see also WP:BIO.
How references work |
---|
Simple referenceseditThese require two parts;
Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref> He likes tea. <ref> [http://www.nicecupofteaandasitdown.com Tea website] </ref>
== References == {{reflist}} (an existing article is likely to already have one of these sections) To see the result of that, please look at user:chzz/demo/simpleref. Edit it, and check the code; perhaps make a test page of your own, such as user:PhilippePhil/reftest and try it out. Named referenceseditChzz was born in 1837, <ref name="MyBook"> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref> in Footown.<ref name="MyBook"/> Note that the second usage has a / (and no closing ref tag). This needs a reference section as above; please see user:chzz/demo/namedref to see the result. Citation templateseditYou can put anything you like between <ref> and </ref>, but using citation templates makes for a neat, consistent look; Chzz has 37 Olympic medals. <ref> {{Citation | last = Smith | first = John | title = Olympic medal winners of the 20th century | publication-date = 2001 | publisher = [[Cambridge University Press]] | page = 125 | isbn = 0-521-37169-4 }} </ref> Please see user:chzz/demo/citeref to see the result. For more help and tips on that subject, see user:chzz/help/refs. |
Please do not remove the tag unless/until you are able to fix the problem. Thanks, Chzz ► 08:45, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
- Hi! I've added one source and changed the tag from "unreferenced" to "BLP sources" which will take the article off the danger list of unreferenced biographies but, as you will see from the note I have left on the article Talk page, this is barely adequate. If you are still interested in the fate of this article, it would be very helpful if you could put some time into providing adequate references for the statements in the text - as requested above.--CharlieDelta (talk) 07:35, 17 September 2011 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Rakic 1 jpg.jpeg
editThanks for uploading File:Rakic 1 jpg.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Rakic 1 jpg.jpeg
editA tag has been placed on File:Rakic 1 jpg.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Stefan2 (talk) 15:22, 8 March 2015 (UTC)
