Non-free content is used only where no free equivalent is available, or could be created, that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose. You will find that there are no other photos of Sid French existing on the Internet, never mind on Wikipedia, so I believe that the photos meet the aforementioned criteria. This image is on Flickr on the CPGB-ML page as "All Rights Reserved".[1] Wikipedia takes copyright seriously. You should certify through the WP:OTRS system that you do indeed hold the copyright on the image. You also need to make clear under what license the image is being used on Wikipedia. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
