Your submission at Articles for creation

I noticed your submission in Articles for creation, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Guy Sircello. Thanks! It will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.

Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.

Here's a video tutorial - hit play, then right-click for "full screen".

Here's an example of how to add references:

Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref>

He likes tea.<ref> Smith, John. "[http://foonews.com/Article42 Interview with Chzz]", Foo News, 1 April 2010. Retrieved 2011-05-22. </ref>

== References ==

{{reflist}}

That makes the references automatically display as small numbers[1] which will link to the details in the section titled == References == at the end. You can see that example in action here.

Please add references to your submission, which will be reviewed as soon as possible. See also, Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners. If you need any help, just put {{helpme}} at the end of this page, followed by a question or get into our live help chat chanel at #wikipedia-en-help connect.

Thank you for submitting an article to Wikipedia. Your draft submission has been reviewed. However, the reviewer felt that a few things need to be fixed before it is accepted. Please take a look and respond if possible. You can find it at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Guy Sircello. If there is no response within seven days, the request may be declined. If this happens, please feel free to continue to work on the article. You can resubmit it (by adding the text {{subst:submitdraft}} to the top of the article) when you believe the concerns have been addressed. Thank you. I included many in-line citations in the submission of this article. Yet a banner still appears that the article has no in-line citations. I'm confused. I followed the directions and thought I was adding the citations properly. Now the article is being declined because of lack of citations. I see many articles without nearly as many citations as mine. Any familiarity with the content of the article would reveal that further citations would just be redundant. Or are these issues just dealt with by Bots.

'''If this submission is ready to be reviewed, click the edit button and add {{subst:submitdraft}} to the top of the page.''' states the big templatebanner at the top. Please keep in mind: every review will be done by a reviewer and not automatically. Please resubmit the article for a review. mabdul 15:38, 13 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

This isn't exactly helpful. The reviewer says it needs citations, but it does have citations, many of them. I'm afraid I added the citations incorrectly or something like that. Please point me to a way of understanding why the reviewer thinks the article has no citations while it obviously (to me) does have citations.

  Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. mabdul 18:32, 13 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
As you can see here HallowsAG declined your submission with the explanation that the article needs more references. If you mean the information templates here at your talkpage at the top, these were added automatically here by a bot informing you how to cite since your draft didn't include any inline at the time of submitting. Regards, mabdul 18:36, 13 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the help. I'm new to the process.PhiloFaster (talk) 19:20, 13 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
