Spam in Adobe Premiere Elements 7
editHello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Adobe Premiere Elements 7, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Adobe Premiere Elements 7 is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Adobe Premiere Elements 7, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 20:20, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edit(s) to PlayStation 2, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. TreyGeek (talk) 21:55, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
You do realize that the pictures you have added to PlayStation 2 do nothing but clutter up the article, don't you? There are already pictures of the PlayStation 2 and thus your pictures do not add anything constructive. Please respond here or on the PlayStation 2 talk page justifying the addition of the pictures or your edits may, again, be reverted. --TreyGeek (talk) 22:11, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from rv removal of merge templates. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Removal of merge templates - these are put in place whilst a discussion is underway. Removal of these templates - particularly with the message 'bye bye templates' and no engagement in the merge discussion itself is not in keeping with the community nature of the project. The discussion should be allowed to play out first. Mfield (talk) 20:47, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
Merging speedlite articles
editAll I was meaning by the above is that 2 days is not long enough for a consensus to form. You should agree with the proposal at least and wait a couple more days in case there are valid objections. Having agreed with the merge, I think it is still fair to give it more time given that there is no real rush as it is not like the sub articles are up for deletion. If nothing extra comes up in 48 hours then go for it. Mfield (talk) 20:51, 5 March 2009 (UTC)
- Hey, please feel free to go ahead and merge all these now, there has been plenty of time for objections and none have been raised. best. Mfield (talk) 02:04, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Big-box-o-girlscout-cookies.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Big-box-o-girlscout-cookies.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:06, 8 March 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — neuro(talk) 22:06, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. File source problem with File:Daregiveaways IGP4798.JPG
editThank you for uploading File:Daregiveaways IGP4798.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
