Declined page move request

Hey, Piotr, I declined your page move request of Associative containers (C++). The "(C++)" isn't a label that indicates the article is about C++, it's a disambiguation parameter; it's only needed if we need to differentiate between different articles with the same title (in this case, if there were multiple articles that all need to be titled "Associative containers").
