First off, welcome to Wikipedia!
I see you're trying to rename a page using {{db-move}}. The purpose of that tag is to request deletion of a page because it's in the way of the renaming of a page, which is why the deletion notice appeared on the page. There's no need to contest the deletion; now that you've created the (new, redundant) page blocking the move, the page which you requested the move on actually does need to be deleted so that the move can happen. (I'm assuming you want the move to happen? If you do, you can explain on the talk page, Talk:Gruppo di Improvvisazione Nuova Consonanza, which I think you created by mistake. Or you can let me know and I'll explain.)
User:I dream of horses seems to have got confused and mistaken the move request for an article (probably because of the <ref> tags). I've let them know what happened.
In future, if you want to rename a page and need to give an additional explanation (and can't do it yourself for whatever reason), the easiest method is going to be by following the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves. The method you tried to use works, but has clearly confused several people, and so using the other method might make things go more smoothly. --ais523 23:03, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
