Please check out "Happy" once more, for a smile, and sharing (a Nobel Peace Prize), and resolutions. I wanted that for 1 January, but then wasn't sad about having our music pictured instead. Not too late for resolutions, New Year or not. DYK that he probably kept me on Wikipedia, back in 2012? By the line (which brought him to my attention, and earned the first precious in br'erly style) that I added to my editnotice, in fond memory? - Miss you. Heard the contralto again who was Lisa in Die Passagierin, - thinking of you. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:42, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
Photo for Renia Spiegel article
Hi Poeticbent -- I recently started this article on Renia Spiegel, a recently discovered Polish-Jewish diarist during the Holocaust. I used the Zalman Gradowski article that you worked on as a model. I'd like to add a photo to the Renia Spiegel article, and I see that the photo in the Gradowski article exists on Commons because "all photographs by Polish photographers (or published for the first time in Poland or simultaneously in Poland and abroad) published without a clear copyright notice before the law was changed on May 23, 1994 are assumed to be in the public domain in Poland." Do you have any advice on whether I should operate the same way to add a photo of Renia Spiegel? Photos exist in this article, for instance, attributed to the diarist's family. What do you recommend? Thank you for any thoughts. -- Cloud atlas (talk) 07:03, 24 January 2019 (UTC)

Invitation to comment on Kresy Talk re: section demerger
Hello Poeticbent, an attempt to create a separate "List of Kresy born Poles", based on the original list of 46 Notable people in the article was put into Draft mode, then declined upon review with the option of going to the Tea House. From the Tea House was a directive to discuss the "fork" on the article talk page with now a different title, "People from Kresy". Your comments would be most welcome. Many thanks, --Po Mieczu (talk) 23:00, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
The article Molly Castelloe has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jalen D. Folf (talk) 21:26, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Vileyka in Einsatzgruppen
In Dec 2017, you left a location mark map label for Vileyka. While there’s undoubtedly been Einsatzgruppen around, and while that small town certainly had plenty of war involvement, both those lemma’s names aren’t been mentioned in the respective article. As I implied, I don’t doubt coherence, but I’m still curious (for the article’s sake, of couse) what well-foundedly led you to mention it like this in that place. -- Gohnarch░ 14:16, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

What user pages should not be.
Your user page looks like an article, it could also be interpreted as a promotion of Wikipediocracy and contains extensive writings and material on topics having virtually no chance whatsoever of being directly useful to the project. It is for this reason I think you should delete the offending content or change your user page so that it doesn't fall under these categories. Pabsoluterince (talk) 13:47, 27 November 2021 (UTC)

Arbitration case notification
You are involved in a recently filed request for arbitration. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case#Holocaust in Poland and, if you wish to do so, enter your statement and any other material you wish to submit to the Arbitration Committee. As threaded discussion is not permitted on most arbitration pages, please ensure that you make all comments in your own section only. Additionally, the guide to arbitration and the Arbitration Committee's procedures may be of use.

Sourcing
I will like an explanation on why you found these sources suitable for our article on Jan Błoński. See my edit-summaries, thanks. TrangaBellam (talk) 17:59, 3 March 2023 (UTC)
The file File:Joe Cocker - 09 - With A Little Help From My Friends.ogg has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the file should explain why.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 09:00, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
